In view of the current situation that the core technology and intellectual property rights of elevators are controlled by foreign brands, the establishment of a postdoctoral workstation can further enrich the scientific research force, focus on major scientific and technological projects and key technologies such as advanced energy-saving technology for elevators, new materials for elevators, elevator safety measures, intelligent elevators, special elevators, etc., and form a batch of high-level scientific research results to better serve social and economic and industrial development; on the other hand, it can gather a group of high-level scientific research talents, create conditions for optimizing the structure of the scientific research team, and build an elevator scientific research team with high influence among the national elevator manufacturing companies.
