Chongqing Wester Elevator Co., Ltd. Was Awarded Chongqing AAA-level Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise

on April 20,in order to further promote the creation of harmonious labor relations and promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises, Tongliang District held a promotion meeting for the creation of harmonious labor relations in the new era and a harmonious enterprise awarding ceremony.

At the meeting, representatives of four companies, including Chongqing Wester Elevator Co., Ltd., which were rated as "AAA"-level harmonious labor relations companies in Chongqing, exchanged views and talked about advanced practices in building harmonious labor relations. They also had in-depth exchanges and discussions on how to establish a sound management mechanism.

Up to now, with the joint efforts of the tripartite member units of the coordination of labor relations in our district, a team of 120 labor relations coordinators has been established, and 54 enterprises in the district have successfully established harmonious labor relations demonstration points, including 21 "A" grade enterprises, 23 "AA" grade enterprises, and 10 "AAA" grade enterprises with harmonious labor relations. Collective contracts cover 65 of the 76 enterprises in the district that are operating normally and have established trade unions with more than 100 employees, and 195 collective contracts have been signed, covering 18,657 employees, and the dynamic filing rate of collective contracts remains above 85%.
