The State Council Inspection Team Came to Chongqing to Inspect Production Safety, and the Retrofitting of Wester's Old Elevators Was Well Received Again

Recently, the 15th Comprehensive Inspection Team of the State Council's Safety Committee came to Chongqing to inspect the Chongqing Municipal Safety Production Inspection. They inspected the retrofitting project of the old elevators in the Lotus International Community in Daping, Yuzhong District (renovated by Chongqing Wester Elevator Company in December 2014) and listened to reports from all parties on the spot.

When the inspection team inspected the retrofitting of elevators with hidden dangers in old residential buildings in Daping Lotus International Community, the person in charge of the Quality Supervision Bureau of Yuzhong District gave a detailed report on the elevator safety inspections, the rectification of elevator safety hazards, and strict safety supervision since 2007.

Since Yuzhong District took the lead in piloting the retrofitting of old elevators in 2007, Wester has renovated more than 1,000 old elevators, benefiting hundreds of thousands of owners of old residential communities. No safety accidents have occurred in the past ten years, making Wester a benchmark for the retrofitting of old elevators in Chongqing and a model for the industry.

The inspection team personally experienced the renovated Wester brand elevator, and the exquisite car decoration and smooth elevator riding experience were praised by the inspection team.
